MMG was founded in 2004 in Washington Missouri, just west of St. Louis.  The company’s mission is based on classic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and implementation. Using sophisticated database technology, coupled with a highly skilled team of project managers, MMG helps clients strengthen their customer relationships.  The MMG commitment to CRM provides worry-free implementation of mission-critical marketing projects.

Within 3,500 square feet of space, MMG operates 31 workstations in a professional environment that serves to attract and retain talented Associates from the rich pool of labor located in and around Franklin County, Missouri. Workstations are equipped with comfortable 60” work services, desktop computers with 17” monitors and Inter-tel phones.  The phone system features state-of-the-art voice over Internet protocol technology that enables remote monitoring and call recording via the Internet.  It also features a robust call reporting capability that can automatically email call statistics on any schedule.
