Client Description:
The Prairie Band Resort & Casino is a full-service entertainment and gaming complex owned and operated by the Prairie Band branch of the Potawatomi Indian Nation. The sprawling complex located near Topeka, KS, includes a luxury hotel with 297 guestrooms with full amenities, three exceptional restaurants and was voted Best Kansas Casino 10 years in a row.
Assignment:
The Tribal Council of the Potawatomi Nation assumed full management of their facility in 2007 at the planned culmination of a ten-year agreement with Harrah’s Casino Group. Clarion was retained to to develop a five-year Internet marketing and technology strategy. In response Clarion has designed and implemented the production of a CRM database driven, interactive website that was launched in June of 2008. Clarion will be responsible for ongoing “web” training of all Prairie Band Resort & Casino marketing and IT personnel, as well as revision and ongoing maintenance of the site.
As part of a strategy development process, Clarion initiated the use of daily website analytics (review, documentation and analysis) to categorically determine user tendencies and intuitive interactive function preferences. Clarion also designed, initiated, implemented and acts as the “Gatekeeper” for the interactive email marketing communication program targeted to 17,000 Prairie Band Resort & Casino customers.
Other assignments include the design and integration of a proprietary version of Clarion’s patented One-Click™ Direct-to-Web Computer Mouse. A commemorative version of the computer mouse will be distributed as a promotional gift to high-end Prairie Band Resort & Casino clients. A more conventional version will be made available to all other customers through the on-site Gift Shop or through the Internet Store.
