Client Description:

Nation’s largest cable television and residential high-speed Internet provider, delivering services to more than 20 million customers.

Assignment:

Comcast implemented a program to remind customers who are relocating that Comcast makes it simple to transfer their cable, Internet and phone services to their new residence. The initiative includes incentives for keeping services with Comcast.

Clarion developed two televisions spots for Comcast to target those moving customers. The campaign includes “Toast,” a Jack Russell Terrier who plays a “couch potato” on moving day in one spot, then a reluctant “tricks” performer in the second commercial. The television executions encourage subscribers to call Comcast when it’s moving time.
